How to Place an Order

Before you start

iRoamly Shop is a wholesale platform, so every purchase is paid from your account balance rather than by card at checkout. Plan prices are shown in Credits, and 1 Credit equals US$1. Before you place your first order, top up your account so that your Available credit covers the plans you intend to buy.

Your first top-up must be at least US$199. You can add Credits at any time from the Top up button in the header, and your current balance is shown next to it, so you can check what you can spend before adding plans to your cart.

Local or regional eSIM

Plans are organised into two types. A Local eSIM covers a single country and is usually the most cost-effective choice when your customers travel to one destination. A Regional eSIM covers several countries with one plan, which suits multi-country trips. Both types are bought, managed and delivered in exactly the same way.

If you are not sure where a destination is listed, use the search in the homepage Catalogue. It looks up countries and regions together and opens the matching plan list directly.

Choose your plans

Each country or region has its own plan list. Plans differ by data allowance, validity period, network and operator, and every row shows its price in Credits per eSIM. You can add several plans from the same list, each with its own quantity, before moving on to checkout.

1. 01Open [Products & Plans] in the top navigation and select [Local eSIM] or [Regional eSIM].
2. 02Select a country or region to open its plan list.
3. 03Narrow the list with the [Data], [Validity] and [Operator] filters, then set the quantity with − / +.
4. 04Click [Add]. The plan is added to your cart and the cart badge updates.

Review your cart and check out

Your cart collects every plan you have added across countries and regions. It shows the number of plans and the total number of eSIMs, and recalculates the estimated total whenever you change a quantity. Nothing is charged until you confirm checkout.

1. 01Click the cart icon in the header to open your cart.
2. 02Review each plan, adjust quantities, or click [Remove] to delete an item.
3. 03Compare the [Estimated total] with your [Available credit]. If your balance is too low, use [Top up] first.
4. 04Click [Proceed to checkout] to place the order.

After you order

Once checkout is complete, the Credits are deducted from your balance and the new eSIMs appear in Dashboard → eSIM management. Each eSIM starts with a redemption code. From eSIM management you can convert codes to QR codes, deliver them to your customers, and track their status and remaining validity.
