iRoamly Refund Policy
At iRoamly, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality eSIM services for global travelers. If you experience issues with your purchase, please review our refund policy below to understand eligibility and the refund process.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Redemption Codes (Not Converted to QR Code)
Refund requests for unused eSIM redemption codes may be submitted within six (6) months from the purchase date, provided that:
- The redemption code has not been converted into a QR code
- The code has not been redeemed or used
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of iRoamly Credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
1.2 QR Codes (Converted from Redemption Code)
If a redemption code has already been converted into a QR code, refunds may still be requested only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The QR code has not been bound to any device
- The eSIM has not been activated
- The QR code has not expired (QR codes are valid for 30 days after generation)
For eligible refunds, a $0.50 USD processing fee per QR code will be deducted.
Refunds will be returned in the form of iRoamly Credits.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
2.1 Expired eSIM Packages
Each eSIM package has its own validity period. Once the package expires:
- Any remaining data becomes invalid
- No refunds or compensation will be provided.
2.2 Installed or Activated eSIM
Once an eSIM has been:
- Installed
- Activated
- Bound to a device
It is considered used, and no refunds will be granted.
2.3 Accidental Purchases
Customers are responsible for confirming device compatibility and package selection before purchase.
If an eSIM has already been installed or activated, it will be considered used, and refunds will not be available.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing normal use of your eSIM (for example, activation failure or compatibility problems), please contact our support team.
To process technical issue claims, we may require:
- Screenshots of the error or issue
- Device model information
- eSIM installation status
- Network settings screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will investigate the issue and determine eligibility for a refund or other support solutions.
4. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity
iRoamly reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:
- Abuse of refund policies
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
If fraudulent activity is detected, we may also suspend or terminate related accounts.
5. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe your purchase was unauthorized, please contact us immediately.
Such cases will be investigated before any refund is approved. iRoamly reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a refund.
6. Refund Method
All refund requests must be submitted via email.

If a refund request is approved:

- Credits will be added to your iRoamly account balance
- Credits can be used for future purchases on the website
Refund processing times may vary depending on the investigation required.
